“Access control systems by ASSA ABLOY Group meet all the challenges posed by a high turnover of people entering or exiting any facility.
Our solutions enable administrators to control access to secure areas through physical, logical, electronic, offline, online and wireless systems.
Through ASSA ABLOY’s technologies – which have been developed for standalone systems as well as open standard products that integrate with existing access control systems – access can be controlled for any facility, even from a remote location – increasing both security and convenience.
For users, access control offers more choices – from smart cards to smart phones as well as wearables – with the simplicity that people expect. “
“Need to let visitors, such as relatives or repair men, into your home at specific times – even when you’re out of the house? Easy. You can send a digital key to a visitor that is valid only at certain times on specific dates. The digital key is stored safely and securely on their mobile phone – so once they’ve got it, they won’t lose it. The service is currently available for digital door lock users in the US.”
Mobile access enables users to unlock doors and open gates from a distance – simply by twisting their smartphone or smart device as they approach a mobile-enabled reader. Supporting Bluetooth Smart and NFC, this can be used with ASSA ABLOY’s mobile-enabled locks and readers.
